PayPal offers you, the buyer, a solution should you be unhappy about your order.. particularly in the area of not receiving your order. As a PayPal member, they offer you a simple means to process a complaint via their Dispute Resolution Center. To purchase from us using your credit card, you need not be a member of PayPal. However, joining PayPal, which is free, gives you the buyer added protections about your purchase. So if you purchased with a credit card, but did not sign up for PayPal, we urge you to sign up to take advantage of their Buyer Protection Plan and also be able to process any Dispute claims should the need arise. Filing a complaint is easy by signing in, clicking the -Resolution Center- button, then the -Report a problem- button. From there you can file a Dispute or Claim. For your consideration, we offer the fact filing a Claim is a faster process than the dispute option. It's your choice.
Have You Purchased Using A Credit Card?Many buyers are already members of PayPal, but some are not and used a credit card to fund their purchase; as it is not necessary to be a PP member to use a credit card. If you feel you've exhausted your patience about an order, we are sincerely sorry and understand you want to further the process of receiving your order.
Here's how we would like you to proceed... If eMails haven't produced the results you want and filing a complaint you feel is your only option, we encourage you to go that route if you feel the need. After you have signed up and logged in, you can go the route as explained above in initiating the Dispute Resolution process.
If you feel the need to file a chargeback with your credit card company, here is what you need to know about our policies. Buyers who do not go through the Dispute Resolution Center offered by PayPal, but instead file with their credit card company are liable to us in the amount of $25 minimum and any court filing registration fees up to $75 if we do file. This is regardless of the outcome of using your credit card company to file a complaint. Using your credit card company for a complaint can take up to 100 days to finalize. We were then told it was only 75, but back a while ago we received a complaint from a buyer from their credit card company. It took 86 days to resolve the issue! If you file a Claim through PayPal's Dispute Resolution Center, the matter can be cleared up in hours to only a few days. If we do not comply with PayPal's wishes to participate in the process and can not or do not give them the information they require to mediate the resolution, they WILL refund your money instantly.
If these policies are not in your agreement, please do not order. If you order, then you are held liable for any claims filed that do not come from PayPal's Dispute Resolution Center in the minimum amount of $25 and up to $75 court filing fees if we do file a complaint. Fielding a complaint from a credit card company is a long drawn out process that takes our time and resource away from what we should be doing... filling your order!
